Race Format
Every Hyrox race follows the same format worldwide: 8 rounds of 1km running, each followed by a functional workout station. Total distance covered is approximately 13km including station work.
About Hyrox in Dallas
Dallas hosts Hyrox at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, the massive downtown convention center in north Texas. Mid-to-late November is pleasant - around 12-18C and dry. The DART light rail serves the convention center area.
