Every Hyrox race follows the same format worldwide: 8 rounds of 1km running, each followed by a functional workout station. Total distance covered is approximately 13km including station work.
About Hyrox in Gent
Gent hosts Hyrox at TBC, the medieval Flemish city between Brussels and Bruges. Mid-to-late December is cold and damp - 2-6C typical. The compact city center is walkable, and trams connect to Sint-Pieters station.
