Race Format
Every Hyrox race follows the same format worldwide: 8 rounds of 1km running, each followed by a functional workout station. Total distance covered is approximately 13km including station work.
About Hyrox in New Delhi
New Delhi hosts Hyrox at Pragati Maidan, the massive exhibition complex in central Delhi. Late July is monsoon season - expect rain outside but indoor racing goes on. The venue is accessible via the Delhi Metro's Blue Line.
